Tag Policy
Every member is issued an identification tag at registration. This tag
must be visible (can be tied to shoes or attached to a necklace) to ETC
personnel whenever you wish to play tennis. The participation and
cooperation of every club member is essential to the successful operation
of our new club. The enforcement of MEMBERS ONLY playing is especially
important now that the tennis courts are located in such a high traffic
location. To ensure control of this
programme, ETC personnel have been directed to enforce this rule. There
can be no exceptions.
Guest Policy
Guests are welcome any time but must be accompanied by a member. All
guests are asked to pay $5.00. There is to be a collection box in the new
clubhouse. There is no real way for the ETC to enforce the payment of the
guest’s $5.00, therefore we will collect guests fees based on the
honour system.
Dress Code
No shirt, no play. Non-marking running shoes must be worn.
Alcohol, Drugs and Smoking Policy
The ETC is owned by the Town of Erin,
and therefore, must comply with town bylaws. ETC will not tolerate the
consumption of drugs and/or alcohol on club property. In addition,
smoking is not allowed in the clubhouse.
